Saideep brings forth a range of premium quality vibratory screens that can be used in numerous industrial applications (glass, chemical, fertilizer, and pharmaceutical industry), especially in applications related to grading materials into minute particle sizes. The screen has an electromagnet in an enclosed design that prevents dusting, and is made using mild or stainless steel. These screens can be availed in custom-designed sizes and configurations.

Our electromagnetic vibratory screens have a perforated sieve tray/screen deck of mild steel, stainless steel. It also has a main body where the electromagnet is placed. The perforated sieve tray is joined at the armature of the magnet and it starts vibrating when charged. The flow of the material can be manipulated by manipulating the level of vibration. The electromagnetic vibrating screen has a standard frequency of 3000 vibrations/minute and the maximum amplitude is 1.5 mm-2 mm. Screens giving 1500 vibrations to 6000 vibrations every minute can also be designed for meeting requirements of advanced processes.
