“SAIDEEP presents an innovative range of unbalance Vibro Motors (0.1 kw-6 kw). These Motors have a centrifugal Force of up to 70,000N, and can be suitably used on Vibrating Feeders/ Vibrating Tables and on Silos. Since these Motors can enhance the free flow of even sticky material, they can be used in Sieving Machines, especially for grading of loose powder and for processes related to liquid filtration.

Our range of Motors aligns with I.S. specification and can be availed in 2 pole, 4 pole and 6 pole designs. We quote nominal prices for our Motors and can arrange for their quick delivery to client's desired destination at short notice.

Unbalanced vibration motors give reliable performance and can be used as drives for vibration conduits & pipes. Our motors can also be used in vibrating & bar grate filters, vibration funnels, worm conveyors or in water removal tools and equipment. When used in silos, chutes, bunkers, filter, deflection grills, downspouts, etc., these motors aids in smooth material flow. Applications :

Unlike electromagnetic vibrators or pneumatic vibrators, our vibro-motors are noiseless in operation, which makes them preferable across many continuous process plants and in major industries like food processing, plastic, packaging, chemical, fertilizer, mining, etc. These vibrators can be be fitted in conveyors, screens, sifters, feeders, bin vibrators, graders, compactors, vibrating tables, and even in different makes of grinding and finishing machines.
